A Jaguar E-Type FHC is a design icon, and probably one of the most beautiful sportscars ever made. When it came on the market in 1961, it must have been a sensation seeing one on the road. The E-Type was a very advanced sportscar, and an instant hit in the swinging sixties.

This beautiful 3,8 Litre FHC from 1964 was completely restored in 2004 by a well known belgian restoration company. Finished in the gorgeous colour combination of Opalescent Gunmetal with a full leather interior in Suede Green. During the restoration, the Jaguar was fitted with a 5-speed gearbox and a sports exhaust system, which makes it a real pleasure to drive. The engine block is still the original one with correct engine number, and runs beautifully with a great soundtrack. The finishing touch which makes this E-Type looking so fantastic is the fitting of stylish Dunlop Racing alloys fitted with Avon CR6ZZ tyres. A nice reminder to the iconic D-Type, and a perfect fit for a Gunmetal E-Type !

The car has a Belgian registration, and the file contains a photobook of the restoration. It is still in perfect condition and 100% ready for many more enjoyable journeys. This example must be one of the best looking E-Types on the market, and offered at a very reasonable price to sell.
