The first luxury 4x4. A very cool and useable classic car

The Grand Wagoneer was the very first luxury 4x4. Introduced in 1963, and produced for almost 28 years without major changes. The Wagoneer's luxurious interior, big straight six or V8 engines, independent front suspension, power steering and automatic transmission set it apart from any other offroader available at the time. The car became an icon, and is nowadays a very useable and cool classic car.

This example with first registration in 1969 is still in very original condition. Apart from a recent engine rebuild and an older repaint, everything is still as it left the factory. The 5,9 Litre V8 engine rumbles nicely, and works incredibly well in combination with the smooth automatic gearbox. This is a proper full size cars, and one of the few classic cars which can actually pull a heavy trailer. The interior is all original and has some signs of use, but is still in rather nice condition. The car comes with a belgian registration, and ready to go anywhere.
