Another Porsche 911 racing car has arrived. This particular car has been prepared by the late Alex Thomsen for his own use, and has been very successful in the Scandinavian historic racing championship. It has been competed until the end of the last season, and was a multiple class winner during the racing career of Mr. Thomsen.

The car was constructed by using an imported Porsche 912 body, and then fully rebuilt into a Porsche 911 S 2,2 Litre. The whole car has been assembled following FIA Homologation Form No. 3025, and has some nice 911 ST touches like the deep dish Minilite wheels on the rear in combination with Fuchs front wheels, just like the original examples. The engine is dynoed at 245 bhp, which is quite impressive for a volume of 2,2 Litres only. The performance of this 911 is astonishing, as the total weight does not exceed 970 kg... This Porsche comes with a Danish DASU passport, and an international FIA HTP can be arranged if necessary. Finish of the car is exactly as one can expect from a racecar : unnecessary items are all removed, and it has the occassional scars showing it has been well competed.

This very fast machine is the perfect tool for any national or international historic racing championship. Not for the faint hearted, and a guarantee for good racing results if driven by an experienced driver. It is even very interestingly priced, and comes with a big file full of invoices and racing results. The shown pictures tell the rest of the story of this well known and perfectly prepared 911.
