The Citroën DS is probably one of the greatest automotive designs of the twentieth century. Conceived in the early fifties, it still looks remarkably futuristic. It offers a very comfortable ride because of its revolutionary hydraulic suspension, and a luxury interior with proper sofas in the front and rear.

There are many DSes on the market, but finding one in this magnificent original condition is very rare. Apart from a repaint in its original colour "Beige Albatros", this car is still in completely unrestored condition. The interior is exactly as it left the factory, and the underside is never welded or repaired. The doors shut with a proper clunk as only original cars can do. The suspension goes to the required level within seconds, and the car floats over the road like a flying carpet. Even now in 2017, driving a DS is an unbelievable experience. This unique example comes with a good documentation file including many invoices and the original brochure, manuals and servicebook.

If you are looking for one of the best and most honest Citroën DS available, you should definitely have a look at this unrestored and immaculate example. A short testdrive will only confirm that this is a quality classic car, which will please the most discerning collector.
